Elemental Magnesium (from Aquamin F®) 27.5mg

Vit K2 (as MK-7, from MenaQ7®) 22.5mcg

Vit D3 (from VegD3®) 400iu

Boron 500mcg

Serving Suggestion

Take 1 sachet 1-2 times a day. Mix into 100ml water , stir and drink. Add into your favorite drink.
