At Acmes, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

 

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Certain items, including perishable goods, customized products, or sale items, are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at support@acmesclub.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization along with instructions for sending back the item(s).

3. Pack and Ship: Carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Return Shipping Costs

For items returned due to a change of mind, Acmes will covering return shipping fees.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

 

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

Follow the same steps as outlined above for returns.

Once we receive the original item, we’ll process your exchange and ship the replacement item.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for returns unless defective:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants).

Customized or personalized products.

Sale or clearance items.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@acmesclub.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).

We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
