Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over SGD $50 within Singapore.

Express Shipping: If you need your order sooner, express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Express deliveries usually take 1-2 business days.

Express Shipping: If you need your order sooner, express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Express deliveries usually take 1-2 business days.

 

 

International Shipping

 

Standard International Shipping: We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on your location and typically range from 7 to 14 business days.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected. Please note that international shipping rates do not include customs fees or taxes.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility. Unfortunately, Vendredy cannot predict or cover these fees.

 

Order Processing Time

 

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time: Shipping time is the estimated time it takes for your order to arrive after it has been shipped.

 

Order Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

While we aim for timely deliveries, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us at hello@acmesclub.com, and we will assist in tracking your package.

 

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages

 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed status, or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange for reshipping. Any additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
